To be unique and because of the unique appearance of his garden and its surroundings, he decided that everyone should experience this part of the untouched corner of England where you will find rooms. Help from his wife Rachel Carr, his 2 children and the staff at Hidden River Cabins. It continues to receive visitors from all over the world.
Dog Friendly Holiday Cottages For Large Groups
Rob has purposefully designed the six rooms and the wood is sourced from UK forests. Shortly after, the Hidden River Cafe was built with 6 rooms and a reception. In 2017, Hidden River House was renovated from a farmhouse to a group house with two wings sleeping up to 16 people. In 2020 Hidden River Barn is open to guests as the perfect wedding venue to host the perfect day.
We have six log cabins, set in beautiful Cumbria, just outside the Lake District National Park. Each room is named after wildlife and wildlife. All of our rooms can accommodate 8 people. The rooms are perfect for groups of friends or families traveling together for special events. Wealthy ‘honeymooners’ have shown how romantic and perfect the rooms are for a short break. Our check-in hours are 4:00pm to 7:00pm and check-out is 10:30am.
A modern house renovated before the century that can be divided into two wings suitable for 8 people each, or rented as a single house for 16 people, with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and a private jacuzzi.
Set in a 230-year-old courtyard, we have two newly renovated apartments located on Hidden River Place next to Hidden River House.

At Hidden River Cabins, we welcome dogs in all of our cabins. So bring your furry friend! All we ask is that the dogs don’t come and enjoy the feel and smell of the surrounding forest and of course bathe in the river! Hidden River House is not dog friendly.
All of our cabins are dog friendly your furry friend will love the sight and smell of wood and creek.
