One of the best places we found was the Adrift Hotel in Long Beach, WA. They are right on the beach in Long Beach (the southernmost point of the WA coast) and everywhere we went the hotel was dog friendly. There are always dogs around the property, plenty of water bowls are provided for them, and we even found dog supplies in their gift shop in the lobby in case you forgot something at home.

Your child will love this vacation home just steps from the beach. The beaches in Long Beach are also very wide, which we loved and made for great exploration with our children. Some parts of Long Beach are accessible to cars, but the Adrift Hotel area is not, so we felt more comfortable with our baby in the car-free area of the beach.

And you’ll love all of the hotel’s amazing amenities, including an indoor pool, sauna, fireplace, and use of the beach bikes to explore the beach trails (I only rode the kids we while my husband and daughters enjoy using bicycles). Using bicycles also saves a lot of money because the activities on the beach are very popular and can be expensive to rent.

Boardwalk Cottages is just a few blocks from the Adrift Hotel and the beach, but it’s nice and close to downtown, so it’s only a block or two to walk to shops or restaurants. These houses are nice to live in as they provide a small kitchen and living room, but they are also pet friendly, so it is good to have a little space for a small child. You can also cook in the house if you want to stay for a meal. They offer the unique option of leaving fresh pastries on the front porch the next morning from the local Bakery and they are delicious!

Boardwalk Cottages is part of the same hotel complex as the Adrift Hotel, so you can enjoy all the amenities of the Adrift Hotel, such as a barrel sauna, indoor pools and more. In addition, Boardwalk Cottages offers beach bikes to explore the boardwalk by bike, which is why this is a fun option.

Alderbrook Resort is one of our favorite PNW resorts for families because the location can’t be beat! It is located on the calm waters of Hood Canal with amazing views of the Olympic mountains across the water.  It’s a place where you feel like you can really relax, but there are also some great outdoor options to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

When you arrive, you can meet one of the adorable cats, Alder & Brook, and there are some nice touches for your pet. There are puppy snacks, water and food bowls in the lobby, and a dog bed in your room. And there are greeting cards for animals. They also partner with Olympia’s MudBay for pet products (our favorite pet store).

If you want to pamper your pet a little, they offer a special dining option and a VIP pet option with drinks, tennis balls, bags, Alderbrook Dog toys and a drawing in the pet bag for an additional $65.

There are trails around the property that are perfect for taking your dog on adventures. Be careful when walking on the beach because there are a lot of shells (this happens in many parts of the Honda station) which can be hard on the feet so I would be very careful.

Semiahmoo National Park, located in Blaine on the US/Canada border, is an outdoor enthusiast’s paradise. Here is the best sunset with the Canadian town of White Rock on the bay side. And you’ll find tons of outdoor fun with bikes on the spit (free rental), outdoor sports like life-sized lessons and volleyball, smores on the beach, and an indoor/outdoor pool.

Your child will love this place because it is pet friendly with the beach right outside the hotel door (you stay on the ground floor so it is easy to get your baby in and out), a special outdoor seating area for your girl in the online restaurant and roads, so you can take your baby for a long walk on the beach.  This is a rare hotel where we feel that it is not only pet friendly but very welcoming as we often see animals in the hotel and the staff is always very attentive and ours also loves a puppy so we feel. very convenient to take around the hotel.

Semiahmoo Park is truly a beautiful place, any time of the year. We were there even on a very stormy day at the end of October, but it is very beautiful near the beach, so it is very nice to watch the storm with cozy places in the lobby by the fireplace to read a good book. So don’t wait for summer weather – you and your kids will love it every time!

This park is a great place to take your kids because they have an extensive trail system where you can take your animals (just make sure they are on a leash because there is a lot of wildlife in the area – deer, elk, etc.) . . They also offer an off-leash dog park where your pets can run, get some exercise, and meet other kids.

The pet amenities at Suncadia are also wonderful: a local suncadia dog, food/water for the pups, dog trash bags, and a rope toy. They also give you a trail map so you know where you can take your pup to explore the beautiful scenery.  Also, they offer independent walking with the dog in the room / house.

We visited before we got a dog, but we definitely felt that the yard was the best place to bring a dog – you can see our review of the visit at the end of May and another from the winter visit here.

Cedars Inn Reviews, Deals & Photos 2024

There are several pet-friendly rooms on the ground level, so it’s easy to get in and out. Being in the center of the city, there aren’t many places outside to take the baby, but we had no problem finding a few green spaces near the hotel to take them out. And he was happy to walk with us in the city.

Leavenworth RV Resort Thousand Trails Campground is located in Plain, WA, about 30 minutes from Leavenworth, near Lake Wenatchee State Park. This is a beautiful area with the city of Leavenworth nearby, but far enough to avoid the crowds and enjoy the outdoor activities near Lake Wenatchee (snow skiing, cross country skiing, hiking, swimming, etc.).

The Leavenworth RV Park is a fun place for families as they offer many activities such as an 18-hole miniature golf course, an outdoor pool, tennis courts and more.
