I’ve been to Baguio many times but it’s the beauty and comfort that keeps me coming back, so this time I decided to bring my dog Ollie. According to Victory Liner’s official website, Victory Liner allows dogs and cats to be transported as long as they follow the guidelines set forth by LTFRB Memorandum Circular 2020-003 or “Additional Guidelines Permitting Pets in Public Utility Vehicles.” Requirements for carrying pets on board Victory Liner pet carriers. The pet fee is the same as full price for one person. Pets have their own place. Pets must be in the Pet Carrier or Tower 100% of the time. Only small and medium sized dogs are allowed. How to book Victory Liner pet-friendly seats There are two ways: online via the Victory Liner website and at their ticket window. We chose this site to avoid traffic jams and save time even at a small cost. You must complete a registration form for each passenger and pet. Although somewhat unusual for a pet, one last minute and one email message because Registration confirmation is sent to each person and each pet. Since booking for me, my sister, and my dog, I have received 3 separate booking confirmations via email. This is one of those rare moments where I completely forget how good I am! We hope Victory Liner doesn’t tell you this, but if this happens to any other car company, please be aware of RA8485: THE ANIMAL WELFARE ACT. It says, “Such animals must not be chained or restrained when transported.
