“Great stay. John was very responsive to anything we needed, which was very little. Nice touch with the essentials and welcome treats for the dog. The cottage is well equipped, the hot tub and the garden provide privacy, the area is beautiful and peaceful and great. for walks.The dogs (especially Thornham Walk) made us and 2 dogs very welcome and we hired Julian for dinner one evening.
“This is without a doubt the best air bnb experience we have had. We booked it with some friends for the very last weekend for us and our dog and needed the whole weekend. We arrived at the cottage very late. The cottage was clean in the evening. after a busy week at work and in a beautiful setting, they left dishes and bowls for the dog for us and they were perfect (except for reading novels) We felt comfortable using all the facilities (hot tub, sauna etc. ) and I do not recommend anything else, we will return and remain forever.

We received a welcome pack wise and brought our 2 dogs with us with the necessities. Bowls and towels. “Nice and quiet stay. Very comfortable. Love the hot tub, sauna and fireplace. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. Dog friendly which is a big part for me. They provide a clean dog bed, water bowl. and surprises for birthday girlfriend’s birthday There was a demo and they put up a “Happy Birthday” banner which was totally unexpected and I was given a list of local pubs Restaurant This property is very safe and friendly to find and access.
“Only at the last minute we needed a getaway. We arrived at Lavender Cottage in the peaceful countryside of Stoke Ash, it’s amazing. The cottage is clean and well equipped with everything we need for our stay. Lottie the dog is very happy to find her food. and our big cozy bed went straight to the hot tub and sauna enjoyed a very cool evening then sat in front of the log burner and drank wine the next day we went out to see the local sights and then went to the beach nearby so Lottie the dog could walk around and we could enjoy fish and chips, John is the host great, the communication is excellent, we choose to stay longer to use the facilities and have a leisurely breakfast ready to go home, we will definitely come back!
