Britain’s top dog-friendly beaches have been revealed, with new data from online reviews used to find Britons’ favourites.

The research comes from Showers to You, which analyzed Google ratings and reviews for 148 dog-free beaches to find the most popular spots. However, beaches that did not have ratings and reviews on Google Maps were excluded from the study. Before calculating the standardized index, a weighted average was calculated to obtain an overall weighted score.
